COVID-19 Shipping updates: there are expected shipping delays now as we try to navigate shipping around the virus. Currently shipping is only taking place once a week on either Fridays or Saturdays as I try to minimize our companies and our mail carriers exposure to each other. There is also a current stop in shipping to certain countries through the United States Postal Service. I will try to update this list and check back to it frequently for any new updates.
As of 7/14/2020:
The U.S. Postal Service does not accept shipments to the following countries because of either lack of transportation or suspension of mail service in that country:

All ready to ship orders are shipped within 3 - 4 business days excluding items that have a designated shipping time in its item description, such as for pre-orders. If you have a ready to ship item purchased with a pre-order item the whole order will hold till its ready to ship together. If you would like your ready to ship items before then make sure to purchase them separately from all pre-order listings.
Lost/Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event that your package was lost in transit and never made it to you please contact me to let me know and I will work with you to get your order replaced as best as possible. Some items such as one of a kind skeins cant be replaced but I will do my best to either replace with a skein of your choice or give you store credit. There could also be a delay in replacement items if I have to redye any of the skeins.
If your item was stolen after tracking says delivered we unfortunately cant be held liable for those packages. Please still contact us so we can work together to try and find a solution. We never want anyone to go without the yarn they ordered and deal with each of these instances on a case to case basis. Please make sure to double check shipping address during the check out process. If a package gets delivered to another address on mistake I unfortunately cant replace those items but will work with the post office in hopes that it gets returned to sender. If it gets returned to me at that point I will contact you about your package and get it sent to the correct address but customer will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.
