I dye two skeins at a time to ensure a small batch dye lot accuracy but due to the nature of hand dying and speckling nothing will ever be identical.
Professional grade acid dyes are used in my process. I finish with a soak in unscented wool wash to ensure minimal bleeding but can still occur.
